I learned so much during my internship at Glimmer! It helped to expand my understanding of issues that affect the daily lives of individuals living in Ethiopia, the challenges that face international organizations working to change the status quo, and how passionate supporters and staff can truly make a difference. My experience at Glimmer felt like so much more than an internship, and I am grateful to the whole team for welcoming me, valuing my skills and input, and supporting my educational and personal goals!Shalyn Bravens, Glimmer Intern 2014
From the first day of my internship at Glimmer, I knew I was going to love it. The office oozes passion, mostly because of the awesome people in it who really care about the work they're doing. They made me feel like a part of the team, always willing to teach me something new or have a good laugh. Best of all, I got to see the results of the work we were doing every day. Glimmer makes a difference in the world, and getting to be a part of it is something I'll always cherish.Lauren Velez, Glimmer Intern 2014
